How to Schedule Your First Pet Waste Pickup

Welcome to Dropp! We're excited to help you keep your yard clean and beautiful. Scheduling your first pet waste pickup is quick and easy with our user-friendly platform. Follow this simple guide to get started.

Step 1: Create Your Dropp Account

Before scheduling your first pickup, you'll need to create a Dropp account:

  1. Visit trydropp.com or download the Dropp mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  4. Fill in your personal information, including your name and phone number.
  5. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

Step 2: Add Your Property Information

Once your account is created, you'll need to add details about your property:

  1. Log in to your Dropp account.
  2. Navigate to "My Properties" in your dashboard.
  3. Click "Add New Property."
  4. Enter your address and property details.
  5. Use our yard size estimator tool or manually input your yard size.
  6. Add information about the number and types of pets you have.
  7. Upload photos of your yard (optional but recommended for better service).

Step 3: Choose Your Service Plan

Dropp offers various service plans to meet your needs:

  1. From your dashboard, go to "Service Plans."
  2. Browse our available options:
    • Weekly Plan: Our most popular choice for regular maintenance
    • Bi-Weekly Plan: Perfect for smaller yards or fewer pets
    • Monthly Plan: Basic maintenance for occasional needs
    • One-Time Cleanup: For special events or first-time deep cleaning
  3. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
  4. Choose any add-on services you'd like (sanitization, deodorization, etc.).

Step 4: Schedule Your First Pickup

Now it's time to schedule your first service:

  1. After selecting your plan, you'll be taken to the scheduling page.
  2. Select your preferred date from the available options.
  3. Choose a time window (morning or afternoon).
  4. Provide any special instructions for our technicians.
  5. Review all information for accuracy.

Step 5: Complete Payment

Finalize your first service by providing payment details:

  1. Enter your payment information (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
  2. Review the service terms and pricing.
  3. Apply any promo codes or discounts.
  4. Confirm your payment to schedule your service.

Step 6: Prepare for Your First Service

To ensure the best possible service:

  1. Ensure gate access is available during your scheduled time window.
  2. Secure any pets that might interfere with the service.
  3. Clear any major obstacles from your yard.
  4. Make sure our technicians can easily identify your property.

What Happens Next?

After scheduling your first pickup:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email with all service details.
  2. A reminder notification will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled service.
  3. Our technician will arrive during your selected time window.
  4. After service completion, you'll receive a service report with photos.
  5. You can rate your experience and provide feedback.
