Rescheduling or Canceling a Service

Life happens, and sometimes you need to adjust your scheduled pet waste removal service. Dropp makes it easy to reschedule or cancel upcoming services as needed. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step.

Rescheduling an Upcoming Service

Through Your Online Account

The fastest way to reschedule a service is through your online account:

  1. Log in to your Dropp account at trydropp.com
  2. Navigate to "Upcoming Services" in your dashboard
  3. Locate the service you need to reschedule
  4. Click the "Reschedule" button next to that service
  5. A calendar will appear showing available dates and times
  6. Select your preferred new date and time window
  7. Click "Confirm Reschedule"
  8. You'll receive an email confirmation of your rescheduled service

Through the Mobile App

To reschedule using the Dropp mobile app:

  1. Open the Dropp app on your mobile device
  2. Tap on the "Services" tab at the bottom
  3. Find your upcoming service in the list
  4. Tap the "Reschedule" button
  5. Select your preferred new date and time window
  6. Tap "Confirm Reschedule"
  7. You'll receive a push notification confirming the change

By Phone

If you prefer to speak with someone:

  1. Call our customer service at (602) 492-5579
  2. Provide your name and address to the representative
  3. Let them know which service you need to reschedule
  4. The representative will help you select a new service date
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation after the call

Rescheduling Policies

Please note our rescheduling policies:

  • Advance Notice: Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled service
  • Availability: New dates are subject to availability in your area
  • Frequency: Regular plan customers can reschedule up to 4 services per year at no additional cost
  • Weather-Related: Rescheduling due to severe weather conditions is always free of charge
  • Same-Day Changes: Same-day rescheduling is not available online and requires calling customer service

Canceling an Individual Service

If you need to cancel a single upcoming service:

Through Your Online Account

  1. Log in to your Dropp account
  2. Navigate to "Upcoming Services"
  3. Find the service you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Service"
  5. Select a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  6. Confirm the cancellation
  7. You'll receive an email confirmation

Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the Dropp mobile app
  2. Tap on the "Services" tab
  3. Locate the service you need to cancel
  4. Tap "Cancel Service"
  5. Select a reason for cancellation
  6. Tap "Confirm Cancellation"
  7. You'll receive a push notification confirming the cancellation

Service Cancellation Policies

Please note our individual service cancellation policies:

  • Advance Notice: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of your service cost
  • No-Shows: If we arrive for service and cannot access your yard, it counts as a completed service
  • Credits: For subscription plans, canceled services may be credited to your account depending on your plan type

Pausing Your Service Temporarily

For longer interruptions (vacations, seasonal changes, etc.):

Through Your Online Account

  1. Log in to your Dropp account
  2. Go to "Service Plan"
  3. Click "Pause Service"
  4. Select the start and end dates for your pause
  5. Provide a reason for pausing (optional)
  6. Click "Confirm Pause"
  7. You'll receive confirmation of your service pause dates

Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the Dropp app
  2. Tap on the "Account" tab
  3. Select "Service Plan"
  4. Tap "Pause Service"
  5. Enter your pause start and end dates
  6. Tap "Confirm"
  7. You'll receive a confirmation notification

  4. Specify the dates you'd like to pause service

Service Pause Policies

Important notes about pausing your service:

  • Minimum Notice: Pause requests require at least 3 business days' notice
  • Duration: Service can be paused for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months
  • Billing: Your account will not be billed during the pause period
  • Automatic Resumption: Service automatically resumes on the end date you specify
  • Extended Pauses: Pauses longer than 3 months require cancellation and reactivation
  • Frequency: You may pause service up to 3 times per calendar year

Canceling Your Dropp Subscription

If you need to cancel your ongoing Dropp service:

Through Your Online Account

  1. Log in to your Dropp account
  2. Go to "Service Plan"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Complete the cancellation survey
  5. Review the cancellation terms
  6. Click "Confirm Cancellation"
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email

Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the Dropp app
  2. Tap on the "Account" tab
  3. Select "Service Plan"
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Complete the requested information
  6. Tap "Confirm Cancellation"
  7. You'll receive a confirmation notification

By Phone

  2. Inform the representative you wish to cancel your subscription
  3. Answer a few questions about your cancellation reason

Subscription Cancellation Policies

Please note our subscription cancellation policies:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations require at least 3 business days' notice before your next scheduled service
  • Prorated Refunds: If you've prepaid for service, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused services
  • Final Service: Your final scheduled service will still be completed unless you request otherwise
  • Account Access: You'll maintain access to your service history for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your account at any time through the website or app
